FAQ

What are you hours of operation? Nine 16 is open Monday-Friday from 9am- 4pm, however orders on our site can be placed 24/7. Please allow 24-48 hours for email inquiries. Emails received after 4 pm EST on Friday thru Sunday will be responded to on Monday, our next business day. 

Do you do custom orders? We are currently accepting custom order requests, and would love to hear from you. All you have to do is send us a message via Chat or Email and we will work with you on creating exactly what you want! 

Can I return an item if I don't like it? At this time, all our products are FINAL SALE. The only exception is if there is damage or an issue on Nine 16's end. This will be determined through conversation after you've received your order. 

What is your turn around time? Please allow 4-6 business days for your order to process + ship. Our tumblers are the only exception, as they are shipped directly from our printer to your doorstep. Typically a 10-14 day turnaround, but most times its much faster.

Will I get a notification once my order is shipped? Yes you will!  Once shipped, Nine 16 is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If an issue arises, please be sure to contact your local USPS office for information on your parcel. Tracking will be emailed if you have provided an email address at checkout and through Paypal. Typically, shipping labels are printed in batches, so your label may show a delay in shipment details. Receiving a shipment notification does NOT mean your order has been shipped, but that the label has been created. Please contact your local post office regarding any issues after the order has been shipped, and tracking info has updated. Any lost or damaged packages are up to the buyer/customer to file a claim with USPS. 

What if I put the wrong shipping address on my order? Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing the checkout process. If for some reason your shipping information is inaccurate, all changes must be emailed to sales@shopnine16.com within 30 minutes of purchase with the email subject "Shipping Address Change (Order Name + Number)".

Can I make a change to my order after I've placed it? Short answer. No. You'll have to ask for us to cancel the order and you can then place a new one. Please make sure to verify all items being purchased before checkout. Once your order is placed, all sales are final and no changes/combining orders/cancellations can be made. To be fair to all customers, no exceptions.

Do you offer discounts? Yes we do. We often have flash sales, referral discounts etc. Any discount codes must be presented at checkout to be valid. Discount codes are not valid on previous purchases. Only one discount may be used per transaction. No exceptions.
